Turkey and Somalia
In 2011 Turkish president Erdogan (first ever non African leader to do so in decades) went to Africa. during that time he was there they forged a very strong relationship with each other. they many forged a strong relationship with infrastructure, economy, education, and security. by Erdogan visiting he raised Africa about 105 million in aid for them. by them doing this Turkish President also got Africa multiple other opputurnities. especially for business. Turkish leader said " we have provided this support to Somalia from its hospitals to its roads, and to its education centers. Now we are going to open these projects with the joy and fulfilling our duties". Turkey leader had Somalia army train better and they ended up fighting together. during covid Turkey gave over 300 thousand vaccines to Somalia. ecomonicly Somalia went from 8 and a half million in 2009 to 363 million by 2021. there relationship is still going great to this
