Accessibility tools are important when trying to create inclusive learning environments, ensuring that all students with either learning challenges or disabilities have the same opportunity as everyone else is essential for education. Here are a few of the tools I like or just have found:
1.) Grammarly: writing assistant that helps all students with grammar, spelling, and clarity suggestions.
2.) Google Assistant Voice Typing: allows hands free typing through voice commands, making it easier for those who have issues with typing or expressing their thoughts through typing.
3.) Microsoft Translator: provides translations for students who do not speak the same language and for students who are deaf or hard at hearing to communicate effectively.
4.) Microsoft Immersive Reader: Enhances reading skills by offering custom text formatting, text-to-speech, and translations for those who need it.
5.) Snap&Read: adjusts complex wording into simpler wording, helps truly all students when stuck and confused.
6.) Zoom Text Magnifier/Reader: magnifies the screen text and provides up close text.
7.) Natural Reader: Another text-to-speech tool that read aloud websites, documents, and more.
By using these simple tools, teachers can make their classrooms more inclusive allowing all students to reach their full potentials in education. For more tools you can visit here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/1631886?hl=en
