Hyperdocs

In the world of education, hyperdocs are starting to gain a lot of popularity among teachers. Hyperdocs help teachers break the norm of "teacher in the front, worksheet on desk". Hyperdocs are digital tools to aid teachers with teaching topics that need more than just pen and paper to understand. This tools help by making an educator's job easier and making learning more enjoyable and engaging for students.

There are many different types of Hyperdocs. Educators will use any of these tools to adjust to the class needs. Among the most popular ones are slideshows and documents. Slideshows are by far the most used ones by educators today, it helps students by giving them a visual representation of the lesson being discussed. There are also some that require more student engagement like padlet, where educators will give students prompts with questions for them to answer. When I was in high school I had a favorite one, it was kahoot. Kahoot is a interactive platform that allows teachers to test the student's knowledge. This tool allows for a host to create a set of questions for the students to answer and compete between them, improving their score by responding on time and correct.
